Shipping Policy

Shipping Terms -

All goods are shipped within the UK using Royal Mail 2nd service. If the goods do not arrive at the final destination for any reason, it is not the responsibility of Sgòr Munro Equipment. We will do everything in our power to coordinate locating the goods with Royal Mail and provide the tracking number for said delivery.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of the redelivery.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your Sgòr Munro Equipment purchase for any reason whatsoever please contact us at [email protected] and we will do whatever we can to help.

However if you change your mind for whatever reason, we will happily exchange your item for credit minus the shipping cost.

As long as the product is returned in the original packaging and unworn within 14 days of receiving and in a resaleable condition.
